My Cuddle Book is a children’s app developed by Bas & Jet Brouwer. We take your child’s privacy very seriously. This policy explains how the app handles data.
The short version: My Cuddle Book does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
My Cuddle Book does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to any server or third party. All data entered in the app — including names, photos, birthdays, and preferences — is stored exclusively on the device and never leaves it.
Photos taken or selected within the app are stored locally on the device. Photos are never uploaded or shared automatically. The only way a photo leaves the device is when the user explicitly uses the share button to send an image to another app.
My Cuddle Book contains no analytics software, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no cookies, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. We do not use device identifiers or any form of user identification.
My Cuddle Book is designed for children aged 6–9. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children (GDPR-K), and Apple’s Kids Category guidelines.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to access, correct, or delete.
My Cuddle Book does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.
If we ever update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Since we do not collect any contact information, we cannot notify users directly, but significant changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
